Neither myself or my partner had been pet owners before and to be honest it was us that needed the training more than our puppy. we live in flat with no garden and thanks to doggy-b-good our puppy is in house toilet trained for when we are at work. he is also more obedient, we now understand the phrases to use and the tone of voice to state them in. just wanted to say thanks again for everything.
